By accessing or using ShadowPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. ShadowPay is provided "as-is" without warranties. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShadowPay, ShadowWire, and all related Radr Protocol services (collectively, the "Service"). By connecting your wallet and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
ShadowPay is a non-custodial privacy protocol on the Solana blockchain. We provide:
Important: We do NOT custody, hold, or have access to your funds at any time. Your assets remain in your wallet or in smart contracts that only you control. We cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or access your wallet.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

While we don't monitor user activity (see our Privacy Policy), we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement if we become aware of illegal activity.
Using cryptocurrency and privacy protocols involves significant risks. You acknowledge and accept the following:
Solana network outages, congestion, or forks could prevent transactions or cause delays. We have no control over the blockchain.
Laws regarding cryptocurrency and privacy tools vary by jurisdiction and may change. You could face legal consequences depending on your location.
If you lose your wallet private keys, send funds to the wrong address, or make an irreversible error, your funds are permanently lost. We cannot help you recover them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Important: Even if we shut down the UI, the smart contracts remain on Solana. You can always interact with them directly using the blockchain or alternative UIs.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Radr Protocol.
Our failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.
